With the help of ServiceApp, employees input device problems, malfunctions, damages that they have seen in the working environment to ServiceApp, and thus service requests are followed by the Technical Department. The manager of the technical department delegates the jobs to the appropriate sub-units and the sub-unit supervisor takes an action in order to complete and finish the work.
When a work is assigned to the technical unit and a new service is opened, technical personnel are informed by instant notification, sms or e-mail. The follow-up of the transactions is done through the ServiceApp system where all personnel are defined and the work order is closed.
